Job Summary
A security solutions company has a current position open for a Remote New York State Registered General Legal Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and/or conducting internal investigations
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and other agreements
- Providing legal staffing support for Board of Directors committees as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Possesses excellent and persuasive writing skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and 15 or more years relevant practice experience
- Must be admitted to practice in a U.S. state bar and eligible for in-house counsel registration in New York State
- Prior leadership role in in-house setting
- Ability to function independently and in multidisciplinary team settings
- Sound and practical business judgment
