Remote Newborn Maternity Nurse Care Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Newborn Maternity Nurse Care Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering coordinated, patient-centered virtual Care Management by telephone or video that improves members’ health outcomes
• Generating impactful care plans together with members and our multidisciplinary care team
• Helping members navigate complex medical conditions, treatment pathways, benefits, and the healthcare system in general

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must reside in a compact state
• Registered Nurse, Compact licensed and in good standing with the nursing board of their state
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states
• Case Management Certification / CCM Certification
• Be comfortable discussing a wide variety of medical conditions
