Job Summary

A technology consulting and solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote NOC Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring service ticketing queue
  • Creating tickets for new service requests
  • Providing remote support to end users & field service technicians

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least 5-10 years' experience with IT related systems/services, supporting hardware and web-based tools
  • High School Diploma, Associates degree (AA) or equivalent experience
  • At least three years related customer service industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as system drawings/as builts, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
