Job Summary
A technology consulting and solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote NOC Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring service ticketing queue
- Creating tickets for new service requests
- Providing remote support to end users & field service technicians
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- At least 5-10 years' experience with IT related systems/services, supporting hardware and web-based tools
- High School Diploma, Associates degree (AA) or equivalent experience
- At least three years related customer service industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as system drawings/as builts, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
