Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company has a current position open for a Remote Non Agency Underwriter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate loan applications for risks and various criteria
  • Review and analyze borrower profiles, credit reports, title reports
  • Manage individual pipeline on a daily basis

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of recent Jumbo products Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ATR/QM Requirements
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements
