Job Summary
A hospital and health care company has a current position open for a Remote Non Certified Technician Veterinary Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to incoming cases via the telephone, email and chat applications
- Taking full histories and details of the events
- Providing accurate medical, health and safety information to the callers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel will be required again in the future when it is again safe to do so
- 5 years as a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant performing technician
- Keyboarding and data entry, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software
- Verbal and written communication that is clear, concise, professional and empathetic
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Customer service focused attitude and behavior
