Job Summary
A physician-led healthcare staffing company is seeking a Remote Non Clinical Medical Support Patient Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the first point of contact with patients who are seeking medical assistance and support
- Providing compassion, and empathy with customized scripting to document
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills to determine key information by patient
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Ability to defuse conversations and escalate if necessary
- Ability to handle confidential information
