Job Summary

A company that provides servicing, origination and transaction-based services is in need of a Remote Non Delegated Underwriting Manager Correspondent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a team of underwriters/jr. underwriters and/or processors
  • Remaining current on funding and/or secondary market investor requirements
  • Managing underwriter quality and productivity

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 7+ years in the mortgage industry with experience in centralized and decentralized operations
  • Working knowledge of Wholesale, Retail and/or Non-Delegated Correspondent processes
  • Experience with FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA products
  • Experience in product and credit risk management analysis
  • Senior level underwriting experience in government or conventional lending
