Job Summary
A Not-For-Profit company is seeking a Remote Non For Profit Tax Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage budgets, people and work with clients
- Review and prepare Form 990, 990-PF and 5500 tax returns
Position Requirements Include:
- Tax and/or audit experience with Not-for-Profit entities, including the preparation and review of 990, 990-PF and 5500 tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA, LLM or JD
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive tax experience
- 3-5 years experience in income tax compliance including reviewing and preparing Form 5500 tax returns
- Experience managing budgets, people and working with clients
- Strong excel and CCH Prosystem /CCH Axcess experience
- Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software, including ProSystem, BNA portfolio and projection, CCH Axcess and RIA
