Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is in need of a Remote Non IT Program and Project Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading teams to execute internal multiple, moderately complex non-IT Enterprise work efforts
- Planning, directing, leading and managing resources
- Overseeing and managing priorities, budget, and continuous planning cycle activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum
- 3 years of direct team lead or management experience
- 8 years relevant experience in project or program management
- Experience providing leadership and management oversight
- Demonstrated experience influencing business decisions
- Extensive understanding of risk management policies and procedures
