Job Summary
A company providing human services solutions is seeking a Remote Non Medical Counseling Services Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and management support to the MFLC contract
- Ensuring that all efforts are performed and managed in a skillful, efficient and professional manner
- Ensuring credentialed and licensed providers maintain licensure and certification
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May travel up to 20% of the time to conduct quality assurance checks
- Master's in Business Management, Social Work, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related
- 10 years in social service program administration and management
- 5 years of personnel management/staff supervision for Adult or Child/Youth counselors
- 5 years of experience with government contracting processes
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
