Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Non Profit Administrative Associate in New York.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Update the Foundation’s administrative budget, monthly expense documentation, and invoices
  • Help carry out grants administration activities
  • Assist with Foundation grantmaking

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of prior administrative or relevant experience
  • Some familiarity with the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
  • Comfortability working with limited supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
