Job Summary
A non profit organization is in need of a Remote Database Support Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Logging, tracking, updating, routing or escalating, and resolving all cases using support tracking software
- Initiating escalation to technical and second tier business support resources according to established procedures
- Collaborating with training staff to identify high priority training opportunities for system users
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience supporting database systems
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Raiser's Edge 7 / RENXT, Luminate Online, and/or other CRM databases
- Strong computer skills in MS Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team, fostering a team focused environment that encourages collaboration and peer support
