Remote Non Profit Healthcare Project Manager

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with the project team to help manage the implementation of effective quality improvement strategies, methods, and tools to improve participating hospitals’ policies and practices to advance equitable birth outcomes
• Coordinating with staff at multiple hospitals on data collection, resources, meetings and events, contracts, and other needs as determined by QI Director
• Maintaining detailed project documentation and up-to-date schedules

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years experience
• Four year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: directly related, progressively responsible, project management, and supervisory
• 3+ years’ experience within acute care, quality, risk, and/or patient safety
• Experience participating or leading quality/performance/safety improvement projects in a health care setting
• Experience working on projects or initiatives with communities of color to improve patient experience, reduce health disparities, or advance equity and justice
