Job Summary

A non profit organization has an open position for a Remote Non Profit Human Resources Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the performance assessment process
• Maintaining accurate employee records and job descriptions
• Maintaining the staff handbook and other HR policies

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel based upon business needs (less than 10%)
• Fluency in English required
• 10+ plus years of HR generalist experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Tech savvy and the ability to learn and administer new systems and tools quickly
• Strong attention to detail
