Job Summary
A literacy non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Non Profit Literacy Development Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing RHP/BB's annual fundraising plan
- Securing financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations
- Managing the implementation of Salesforce and overseeing staff responsible for data entry and gift processing
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA (required), MA (a plus)
- Four-plus years experience in development
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Passionate about nonprofit strategy
- Excellent verbal skills, written communication, and computer skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently
