Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Non Profit Membership Relationship Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with Facebook Fundraiser data to acknowledge donations from potential and existing members
• Ensure high touch correspondence is handled in a professional and friendly manner with a focus on improving the relationships
• Recommend changes to procedures and priorities in order to better integrate feedback

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience with data entry and database-maintenance systems
• Proficiency representing an organization online and in social media
• Proven excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Minimum of two years of experience in membership communications, nonprofit development, customer service, or community organizing
• Demonstrated effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software as well as a willingness to learn new software
