Job Summary
A non-profit social justice organization is seeking a Remote Non Profit Organizational Development Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Continuously assessing the organization's learning and development needs across all levels and teams
- Ensuring complete understanding of organizational needs by building internal trust and relationships with employees at all levels
- Analyzing training content, user acceptance and facilitation vehicles in gap analysis
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience leading organizational development and education for adult learners
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or equivalent
- Strong track record of leading and developing teams
- 3+ years' experience with managing direct reports
- Experience managing developmental learning paths from initiation to closure
- Extensive experience creating programs for individual, team, and organizational developmental learning outcomes
