Job Summary

A non-profit social justice organization is seeking a Remote Non Profit Organizational Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Continuously assessing the organization's learning and development needs across all levels and teams
• Ensuring complete understanding of organizational needs by building internal trust and relationships with employees at all levels
• Analyzing training content, user acceptance and facilitation vehicles in gap analysis

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 8 years' experience leading organizational development and education for adult learners
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or equivalent
• Strong track record of leading and developing teams
• 3+ years' experience with managing direct reports
• Experience managing developmental learning paths from initiation to closure
• Extensive experience creating programs for individual, team, and organizational developmental learning outcomes
