Remote Non-QM Loan Manager

Job Summary

Leading the loan processing operations for Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, and Bridge Loans, the full-time Remote Non-QM Loan Processing Manager will oversee daily activities, manage workflows, and support a team of processors while ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan processing operations and monitor pipeline activity
• Resolve escalated processing issues and ensure files meet compliance requirements
• Supervise, train, and mentor loan processors to improve team efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage or loan processing experience
• Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lending procedures
• Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, or Bridge lending preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe PDF; Encompass experience preferred
