Remote Non-QM Underwriter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze loan files for various Non-QM products
• Underwrite and approve or deny loan applications based on guidelines and regulations
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain documentation and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loans
• Strong knowledge of Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products
• Experience underwriting Non-QM roles within the last 6 months
• Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and compliance standards related to Non-QM loans
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of loan files accurately
