Job Summary
A recruiting firm is seeking a Remote Non QM Underwriter in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review loan files to validate that all requirements of Company's product descriptions have been met
- Ensure all data noted in loan origination system is consistent with documentation contained in the loan file
- Insure that any loan file underwritten is within their authority as defined by their direct manager
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must train in office for 6 weeks
- 3 years residential mortgage lending experience
- CHUMS ID Required
- Strong Mortgage underwriting background
- Non-QM Underwriting experience is required
- PC proficient at the intermediate level
