Remote Non-Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Technical Product Manager IV (Staff) to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational design and evolution of a points-based tiering framework
• Co-lead the rollout of the Benefits Marketplace, including operational processes for points redemption and eligibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of partner program initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in partner programs, GTM operations, or channel strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven success in leading pricing, tiering, or loyalty frameworks, especially with dynamic points systems
• Deep understanding of commercial models and their impact on partner satisfaction
• Experience with operational systems and tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
• Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders across multiple departments
