Job Summary

An ecommerce company is seeking a Remote Non Technical Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing approaches
  • Partnering effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners
  • Recruiting passive candidates at all levels

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as recruiter within high growth organizations
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
  • Track record of success in facilitating the identification and attraction of industry leading talent
  • Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools
  • MS Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
