Job Summary

A cloud computing company is in need of a Remote Non Technical Sourcing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Inspiring, coaching and developing a team of non-Technical sourcers as they advance in their careers
  • Acting as sourcing thought leader and partner for Recruiting Leadership team
  • Developing and communicating sourcing Strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years Management experience in Recruiting and/or Sourcing
  • Deep hands-on Sourcing experience, ideally in sales, and the technical realm
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies to enable recruitment team delivery
  • Experience managing and coaching teams of 5+
