Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Nonprofit Account Executive.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a portfolio of nonprofit customers, serving as their main point of contact
- Prospecting and closing expansion opportunities within your book of business (up-sell, cross-sell)
- Leveraging your customer relationships to ensure successful renewals
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years closing experience in an sales role or equivalent
- Experience working directly with or knowledge of the nonprofit sector
- Full sales-cycle management skills, from prospecting to close, including up-selling, cross-selling, and new business prospecting
- Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, and integrity
- Ability to set repeatable processes that support a high volume of customer interactions
- Ability to advocate equally for the user and comapny in overcoming challenges
