Job Summary
A nonprofit has an open position for a Remote Nonprofit Communications Director.
Must be able to:
- Work with advocates, litigators, and others to develop the communications goals
- Ensure that the company website is up-to-date
- Oversee earned media strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years of communications experience
- 3 years of campaign or project management experience
- Experience creating engaging digital content and website copy
- Experience successfully pitching and placing stories and op-eds in major media publications
- Comfort working with diverse coalitions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRMs and email programs
