- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience managing multi-functional teams
- Applicable experience overseeing advancement and donor relations department
- Successful record of managing customer experience, satisfaction, and retention
- Previous experience overseeing IT functions and strategy
- Operational abilities in managing inventory and production cycles
