Job Summary
A legal services provider is in need of a Remote Nonprofit Exempt Organizations Tax Lawyer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching federal, state, and local laws and draft memoranda to document findings
- Providing in-depth tax law counsel to nonprofit organizations
- Communicating directly with clients to advise on a wide range of complex and diverse corporate tax issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- JD degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant tax law experience
- Nonprofit law and corporate law experience a must
- Excellent written and oral communications, research, editing, analytical, and negotiating skills
- Strong demonstrated interest experience serving nonprofits a must
