Job Summary

A fundraising platform developer is in need of a Remote Nonprofit Fundraising Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping customers onboard and create their fundraising experiences on the platform
  • Nurturing and supporting customers through their continued use of the platform
  • Assisting large nonprofit and corporate customers with custom onboarding

Position Requirements Include:

  • Extremely strong technology skills
  • Experience working with customer experience teams
  • In-depth experience with configuring and administrating SaaS-based software
  • The ability to teach and explain concepts clearly to all types of customers
  • A strong empathy for understanding customer needs and motivations
