Job Summary
A fundraising platform developer is in need of a Remote Nonprofit Fundraising Software Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers onboard and create their fundraising experiences on the platform
- Nurturing and supporting customers through their continued use of the platform
- Assisting large nonprofit and corporate customers with custom onboarding
Position Requirements Include:
- Extremely strong technology skills
- Experience working with customer experience teams
- In-depth experience with configuring and administrating SaaS-based software
- The ability to teach and explain concepts clearly to all types of customers
- A strong empathy for understanding customer needs and motivations
