Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nonprofit Member Strategy Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Hiring, managing, directing, and mentoring our project managers
• Developing effective ways to track and evaluate member newsrooms’ progress
• Serving as an industry thought leader

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel post-pandemic if necessary
• Experience in audience development, nonprofit fundraising strategies, marketing, and/or journalism
• 3+ years professional experience in a project management or leadership role
• Experience with editorial content production
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising and lead generation best practices
• Experience vetting, using, implementing, and troubleshooting technical products
