Job Summary
A political non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Nonprofit Political Organizer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and developing new leaders
- Creating strong, trusted relationships with group leaders and activists
- Recruiting and developing volunteers and regional organizers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 20% travel over the course of the year
- At least 2-3 years/cycles of demonstrated experience
- Experience developing and implementing field plans, tracking and assessing progress
- Ability to juggle multiple streams of work
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
