Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Nonprofit Talent Recruitment Director.
Must be able to:
- Partner with client teams to hire highly qualified and diverse individuals for open roles within the organization
- Develop and execute on a comprehensive search plan
- Coach hiring managers to implement efficient, effective, and inclusive hiring processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 3-6 times per year
- 3+ years of staffing experience at other organizations
- Must exemplify the company's core values
