Job Summary

A cosmetics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote North America Cosmetics Retail Sales Director.

Must be able to:

  • Negotiate sales and corresponding inventory plans
  • Drive activities to promote retail sales and shipment revenue
  • Identify and distort strengths of designated account(s)

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years previous related industry experience
  • Experience with forecasting gross/net shipments
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple high-level relationships
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to build gross to net and retail sales plans from the bottom up
