A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote North America Customer Experience Cloud Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing cloud and technology architecture reviews and design
• Helping troubleshoot performance problems and coordinating with our operations staff
• Mentoring junior developers, with career growth opportunities towards a management track

• Ability to travel 25% international and domestic
• 5 years experience with computer applications and tools
• Expertise in system and application design
• Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Needs analysis, positioning, and business justification
• Solving technical problems with customers in technical environments
