Job Summary

A developer of biopharmaceutical products is seeking a Remote North America Digital Commerce Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and prioritize customers to target for digital connections
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to improve the customer’s digital experience
  • Be a strong representative of Voice of Customer (VOC) in internal discussions

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in scientific field (e.g., Life Science, Biology or similar)
  • 2+ years in field sales, inside sales, field marketing or customer service type of role
  • OR 4+ years in scientific laboratory setting with supply ordering responsibilities
  • Knowledge of life science marketplaces
  • Background in eCommerce
