A software developer is seeking a Remote North America Sales Excellence Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define, launch, and drive the global sales operations
- Create, implement and enforce deal desk and related approval matrix
- Drive financial schedules, procedures and directives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations in the technology space
- Experience in developing and managing a Sales Deal Desk.
- Experience with establishing best practices around implementing pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills
