Job Summary
A networking and telecommunications company is in need of a Remote North American and European Telecommunications Inside Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Focus on pipeline growth, deal closure and management
- Lead a team of ISR's through all facets of the sales process to successfully achieve target attainment
- Create best practices across the team for prospecting strategies and selling tactics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years' inside sales or business development experience making outbound calls
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience leading a team of 5+ individuals in Inside Sales or Business Development
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
