Job Summary

A behavioral health care and human services provider is filling a position for a Remote North Carolina Licensed Substance Use Disorder Nurse Practitioner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing support for individuals
  • Elicit the patient’s goals for their recovery
  • Coordinate with Medical Directors to develop and oversee treatment plans

Position Requirements Include:

  • Has a license in OR, PA, NC, or WA
  • Have an active DEA license
  • Have a waiver capacity of at least 150
  • Minimum 1 year of addiction treatment experience.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
