Job Summary
A research organization has a current position open for a Remote Nuclear Energy Learning Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, coordinate, implement, monitor, and evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of all learning activities
- Design best-practice learning activities and exercises that address identified knowledge or skill gap
Position Requirements Include:
- BS plus 8 years’ experience, (MS plus 5 years’ experience, or PhD degree plus 3 years’ experience) in learning theory and/or instructional design
- Complete understanding and demonstrated application of instructional design systems principles, concepts, and practices
- Ability to interface effectively – directly and diplomatically – with leaders, managers, technical staff, and internal partners at all level
