Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Nurse Auditor in Minnetonka.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Auditing medical records and high dollar claims
• Supporting other high-dollar auditors in their reviews of high-dollar claims
• Reviewing Hospital Bill and Itemized bill to verify that claim was billed appropriately

Position Requirements Include:

• RN with five years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Five years of experience of Hospital Bill Audits
• Three years itemized bill audit experience
• Knowledge of contractual methodologies
• Knowledge of CMS and AMA coding rules specific to ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and E&M
• Knowledge of CMS Coverage, Federal and State Statutes, Rules, and Regulations
