Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nurse Care Manager 2.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a member's health issues
  • Identify and resolve barriers that hinder effective care
  • Ensure that the patient is progressing towards the desired outcomes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • Active RN license
  • Must reside in an eNLC state with multi-state licensure
  • Ability to be licensed as a registered nurse in multiple states without restrictions
  • 5+ years or more in an acute care setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
