Job Summary

A for-profit managed health care company is seeking a Telecommute Nurse Care Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes for our consumers
  • Perform care management activities within the scope of licensure
  • Ensure medically appropriate, high quality, cost effective care

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to work Monday through Friday 5pm to 9pm EST and every third Saturday 9am to 1pm EST
  • Three years of acute care clinical experience
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state
  • Multi-state licensure if providing services in multiple states
