A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Nurse Care Manager.

- Communicate escalations and clinical findings in a timely manner
- Provide holistic clinical reporting to patient, providers and team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of integrated clinical nursing experience
- Current State Nursing Licensure required
- Ability to work independently and with care management technology
