A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Nurse Care Manager I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of acute care clinical experience, condition specific clinical experience
- 1 year in a Nurse Care Mgr I role or equivalent experience or equivalent education/experience
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s)
- Must have knowledge of medical management process
