Job Summary

A leading provider of information and workflow solutions is in need of a Remote Nurse Case Manager 2.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assessing and evaluating injured/disabled individuals
• Providing case management services to injured employees
• Providing comprehensive review of available medical records

Qualifications for this position include:

• Worker’s compensation or disability management experience
• Proven experience in nurse case management
• Two to five years’ clinical experience is required
• Proficient grammar, sentence structure and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook email
• Must be a licensed nurse
