Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nurse Case Manager I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified needs
- Assisting in problem-solving with providers, claims or service issues
Qualifications Include:
- Requires a BA/BS in a health-related field
- 3 years of clinical experience; OR
- Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required
- Proficiency in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 2-year experience in an acute care setting is preferred
