Job Summary

A company in the academic operations industry is looking for a Nurse Field Placement Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assisting nursing students in securing practicum sites and preceptors for placement in practicum courses
• Building and managing relationships with healthcare facilities and preceptors to maintain and add new partnerships for practicum placement
• Guiding students through the practicum application process once a site and preceptor are identified

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health or human services area, and active and unencumbered RN Licensure
• 3-5 years of nursing experience and 3-5 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience
• Master's degree in health-related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent customer service, sales, and relationship management skills
• Ability to anticipate future trends and problems, and plan for them accordingly
