Job Summary

A provider of home health benefits management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nurse Liaison Post Acute Care Clinical Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising the Post-Acute Care team members
• Functioning as lead clinical resource to all associates
• Supervising all daily team activities, assigns tasks and responsibilities

Required Skills:

• Registered Nurse with licensure in the state(s) of practice
• Expertise in Case Management and knowledge of URAC standards
• 4-6 years' experience
• Knowledge of healthcare, case management, re-engineering processes, and related
• Knowledge of utilization management and governmental home health agency regulations
• Negotiation, communication, problem solving and decision making skills
