Remote Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing telephonic and video-based urgent care, the full-time Nurse Practitioner (APC) will manage patient care across multiple settings remotely, supporting 24/7 coverage with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide urgent telehealth care via phone and video
• Coordinate care with facilities, hospitals, PCPs, and care teams
• Perform acute assessments and document in EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license (state of residence + ability to obtain others)
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC): FNP, ANP, GNP, AGACNP
• DEA or ability to obtain
• Strong EMR and computer proficiency
