Remote Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Nurse Practitioner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Treat patients remotely over our telemedicine platform
• Manage an adult patient panel
• Work with a team of nurses in the field who visit your patients, and practice the functions of self-management skills

Required Skills:

• Active California license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills at least 3 years of clinical practice and recent relevant experience
• Familiar with diagnosing, assessing and treating patients with chronic conditions
• Experience with maintaining a patient panel
• Comfortable working with nurses in the care process
• Compassionate for patients with complex medical and social needs
