Job Summary
A provider of telephone triage services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Nurse Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing passive and active candidates
- Facilitating the process of hiring triage nurses
- Conducting initial screenings of candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- Participate in team-building activities, both remote and onsite
- Have proven experience sourcing, hiring, and retaining healthcare professionals
- Three or more years of recruiting/sourcing experience within healthcare is required
- A demonstrable track record of workforce management, including retention, in a high growth environment
- Proven analytical skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office tools
